Does Otclick ever submit for me?

No. The extension only fills the form in your browser. You review every field and click the site's own Submit – or edit it, or refuse it.

Will my LinkedIn or Indeed accounts get banned?

No. We never automate aggregator accounts and never submit on a server – that's what gets people banned. You act in your own browser on the real company form.

How does outcome tracking work?

Connect Gmail (read-only). Otclick classifies replies into outcomes – interview, rejection, offer – and updates your tracker automatically. No manual entry.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of OtclickUS — the autofill browser extension, the companion dashboard, and the backend services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

OtclickUS helps you apply for jobs. The extension detects an application form on a company or ATS page and fills the fields with answers tailored from your profile and resume. The extension fills; you submit. It has no submit capability — you review every value in the real form and click the site's own Submit button. If you connect Gmail (read-only), we classify incoming mail into application outcomes so your tracker stays current.

The Service is directed at users in the United States and Canada and is not offered to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for your own job applications.
Review every value before submitting on the destination site — you are solely responsible for what you submit.
Do not use the Service to violate a third-party site's terms, to misrepresent your qualifications, or for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of your profile, resume, and answers. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service (generate field values, classify connected-inbox mail). See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

AI-generated content

Open-text answers and optional cover-letter or resume text are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. They are drafts for your review — not a guarantee of accuracy, fit, or outcome. You are responsible for verifying and editing anything before you submit it.

Billing

Paid plans cap autofills per month and unlock the Gmail inbox feature. Subscriptions are handled by our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any job, response, or application outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtclickUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you submit to third-party sites.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kazakhstan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the date above when we do.
